All tournament participants MUST meet the following guidelines:

You MUST be 13 years of age or older to enter Eligible for US and Canada Residents only, Y We recommend that you gather proof ( video or picture ) for all Monthly Ladder matches. All disputes will be handled by video proof of gameplay or valid picture proof. All proof must be clearly visible and show the in-game full scoreboard during the completion of that map/game. The proof must clearly show both teams players to be considered valid.

Reporting a Match

Once the tournament has started, team captain must be signed up on the website, and where the tournament is being held there will be a forum where you can tell who won with proof! . Once the match has been played, both teams must report the match scores for a team to advance to the next round. If a dispute arises a staff member will contact the Team Leaders of both teams, both sides of the story will be heard, and an outcome will be decided. A staff member’s decision is final, we will do our best to be fair, all disputes will require proof (video or pictures of match). All proof must clearly outline the victors of the match, if any fake proof is provided the offending team will forfeit without a refund.

No Shows

Teams that join are expected to show up at the specified start time, if a team is a no show at the time of check-in the team will automatically forfeit. If the tournament required an entry fee the team will not receive a refund. If a team wishes to back out of the tournament for any reason, the team leader should submit a ticket at least 72 hours before the start of the tournament to receive a refund for tournaments with a (n) entry fee requirement.

Disconnection

If any member disconnects BEFORE the first 30 seconds of the game, then the match is considered void and will be restarted, if any member disconnects AFTER the first 30 seconds of the game, the match will continue, and the disconnected member will need to rejoin the match. If the disconnection of a particular member is intentional the offending team will be disqualified. (Does Not Apply To League Of Legends)

Cheating (Zero Tolerance)

If your team is caught cheating your team will be automatically disqualified if your team does not obey the rules it is considered cheating and will result in the forfeit of the match. Using outside communication is NOT considered cheating, the use of Skype, Aim, or any other communication services is allowed for all tournaments. Any form of cheating, such as glitching, or abusing in-game mechanics, will result in the forfeit of the match/map and the possibility of being banned from Gamers

Rosters

It is your responsibility to ensure that your entire team is on your roster before the tournament start date. If a team member is not on the roster before the tournament start date then he/she will not be able to participate. Participating teams MUST meet the minimum requirement of members for the team; any team that does not meet the minimum team member requirement will be disqualified and will receive a full refund. Xbox Live Gamertags, PSN Id’s, or League of Legends IGN’s must not contain foul language, bad remarks, or hateful/racist names, spelling and spacing must match the id correctly, but it does not have to be case sensitive

Support

If you experience an issue in a match you may submit a ticket a staff member will reply as soon as possible. Great support is our main priority so tickets will be answered as soon as possible, our staff member's decisions are FINAL and MUST be followed. If you disagree with their decision you can send a message to Assistant OLT Manager, in the message include what the staff member did wrong and how the issue should have been handled

Other

Under NO circumstances can a team compete with a incomplete roster. The incomplete team will be disqualified, and will receive a full refund. For all tournaments you are allowed to have only (1) alternate. Any extra members will be required to be kicked off of the team before the tournament starts. Employees, Sponsors, and the staff's close relatives of Gamrs are not allowed to participate in ANY tournaments. Participating in any tournament with a bad internet connection is not recommended. It will delay the tournament as a whole, and can lead to disqualification. Tournament size will vary; Prizes are subject to change based on the number of teams registered. For winning teams: Once the tournament is complete we will distribute the prizes to all of the winners. The prizes will be divided up evenly for each member of the team and we will send the credits to the accounts. Any tangible prizes will be shipped the day after the tournament ( if the post office is open ). Party Chat is Allowed in all games. If the tournament match is being live streamed a Gamrs staff member MUST be in the chat at all times.
